This is an opportunity to help People Matter staff prepare for the BBQ & Potluck event happening on Saturday, July 30th at 1pm in Ping Tom Park. We will begin preparations in the office around 11am CST and will move materials, foods, etc. over to Ping Tom Park to set-up there. The actual event is scheduled to begin at 1pm CST and we would really appreciate if anyone would be able to assist with preparations and/or even attend the event.

Description
People Matter is a community-based organization whose mission is to uplift, unearth and untether people in different Chicago communities. We are currently working in the Armour Square, Chinatown, Bronzeville, Douglas, Bridgeport, McKinley Park, and Pilsen neighborhoods.
We hope to expand to the rest of the Chicagoland area, nation and globe in the coming years.
