Unpaid Intern/Volunteer to work on a special project assessing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at private not-for-profit school for children with learning differences. The scope of the assessment will be focused on: Part One - Due by December 2022

  • Reviewing existing written, policies, guidelines, and handbooks to ensure DEI is appropriately incorporated and in sync with the DEIB affirmation statement and making recommendations to where necessary for updates
  • Assessing Website and making recommendations for DEI incorporation where necessary
Part Two - Due by March 2023
  • Assess Marketing/Outreach programming with lens on DEI and make recommendations for improvements where necessary
  • Assess Student and Staff recruiting practices with lens on DEI and make recommendations for improvements where necessary
Ideal candidate is someone enrolled or recently completed a business, public administration or other degree program with training in DEI concepts and application. This will be a great opportunity to apply your knowledge, expand your resume, while giving back to the community. If interested contact Hallie Rojeski. **Majority of work can be done remote., may require some on-site visits.**
