ORGANIZATION: Keep North Charleston Beautiful

We need volunteers or teams of volunteers to help spread four-five large piles of mulch at the Charleston Farms Community Center and Community Garden. This will require volunteers to shovel mulch into a wheelbarrow and spread at four - five areas at the community center. It has been really hot outside so ideally this should be done early in the morning or late in the afternoon when temperatures are lower. We will be preparing these areas to add some fun items to the park. We are installing a Little Library with two comfortable recycled chairs. We hope to add two more planting areas in the community garden to do a planting project with children this summer. This is a great opportunity to work outside while helping make the community center more appealing to the Charleston Farms residents. Thank you for your interest in helping us make North Charleston beautiful.
