Volunteers assigned to the Volunteer Dispatch Center utilize a phone answering and fax system to complete in-house errands, including but not limited to transporting blood products, lab specimens and new patient admissions via wheelchair, delivering flower arrangements and mail, as well as other supply or dietary items as needed throughout our campus. All volunteers working out of the Dispatch Center take turns answering the phone and they also rotate doing errands during their shift.

Our greatest need is on the weekend. Saturday and Sunday shifts are from 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
