In response to food insecurities that exist throughout all of our communities, the Y has partnered with the Maryland Food Bank to open a community-based food pantry in Central West Baltimore.

We are recruiting volunteers to serve as part of a team to support customers, stock, sort and other tasks surrounding the food pantry's opening and ongoing operation.

The Druid Hill Fresh Mart is open three days a week: Mondays from 10-1, Tuesdays from 3-6, and Saturdays 11-2. We serve over 150 families a week and couldn't do it without the support of our incredible volunteers!

All volunteers must register through ymaryland.volunteermatters.org, search "fresh mart", and add themselves to the individual shifts. Additionally, all volunteers should watch the video at vimeo.com/1010265617
