The volunteers will be giving artisans the opportunity to showcase their work to a knowledgeable panel of judges and an international audience. The winners get cash prize and opportunities like exhibit, trainings and collaborations.
2. Partnerships
Volunteers can help to identify and reach out to partners who work with artisans and support their economic development.Research and connect with potential partners like designers, non-profits, co-operatives, government movements, media, global movements, fashion academia who can help in the outreach to the artisans
3. Endangered Craft
Research endangered crafts and help us connect to the representatives so we can support the promotion and revival where possible.

Description
Our Approach & Operating Philosophy
Celebrate: Promote the creative potential, mastery of skills and craftsmanship of the craftspeople.
Champion: Support conservation of endangered traditional heritage crafts and cultures.
Conserve: It is critical to protect the endangered Crafts as they represent the world’s history of culture and people and our origins. We want to take it forward for the future generation. Many forms of heritage crafts of great historical significance are becoming endangered due to changing times, lack of demand, capital and skills. It is critical to invest in the research of these endangered craft forms and its communities that add national value to the history of countries and on which livelihood, respect and pride of the talented but underserved depend.
AGAATI foundation supports artisans in developing high quality handmade products with sustainability at the core of sourcing and making. Our approach towards sustainability and the solutions we develop with the artisans is well aligned with the UN SDGs focusing on alleviating poverty, improving gender equality, creating decent work and sustainable practices for all life on land and in water by switching our use of resources.
