What is Hospice?
Hospice is a special way of caring for people with a life-limiting disease. Hospice provides physical, emotional and spiritual care to the terminally ill and their families.
Military Veterans can volunteer for one of life's most rewarding, most fulfilling, most life-affirming missions-serving as a Veteran-to-Veteran Hospice Volunteer. Caris Healthcare is committed to honoring and meeting the needs of veterans in our community who are facing a life-limiting illness. We are actively recruiting Veterans willing to share their time, talents, friendship and support with fellow Veterans. Whenever possible, Caris will match our Veteran-to Veteran Volunteers with a Caris patient from the same branch of service and/or service area.
