Looking for the perfect volunteer opportunity for the summer? This is it!
Come join Arts & Scraps at the Royal Oak Taco Fest, where we'll be helping kids of all ages to create fun, STEM-inspired crafts using recycled materials. During your downtime, feel free to enjoy eats from over 40 taquerias and eateries, ice-cold margaritas, 3 stages of live entertainment, and more. This is a great opportunity to inspire, educate, and eat tacos!

For over 30 years, Arts & Scraps has reimagined recycled materials to inspire people of all ages to think, create and learn.
Description
Arts & Scraps is open to the public to stuff bags with safe, accessible recycled industrial materials. We also host educational and curriculum-based field trips, on site workshops for children and adults and create art and curriculum kits for 10 to 35 students. We bring activity tables to events throughout the Metro Detroit Area. Our warehouse uses volunteers of all abilities to sort, pack and prepare materials for our programs and learning kits.
