Responsibilities:

• This positions primary delegated tasks will consist of providing the resources for the designated region. This role oversees the research, data implementation, and community health promotions for the company resource initiative.
• This role is responsible for locating the assigned health resources and adding the data to the spreadsheet/log. This information is then uploaded into the resource database and posted to the public.
• The manager oversees the promotion of our resources (flyers, information booths, etc.)
• The Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships with community leaders and health advocates (social workers, shelters, health programs, community centers, etc.)in their assigned region. The Manager will educate them on the resources provided on our website.
• The Resource Manager also oversees health education initiatives to the community (presentations, virtual health events,etc.)

Competencies (Complexity of Work):

• Strong communications and operational execution;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products ( Excel).
• Must have good interpersonal, public relations and communications skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
• Quality research and fact checking abilities
• Great attention to detail.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of years relevant experience (Preferred)
• Community health and wellness experience, healthcare administration experience (Preferred)

Note:
This project has a three month duration and requires someone that can handle working independently. It is important that each volunteer can commit to at least 12 hours per week in order to successfully complete this project. We are very flexible with schedules but not with the 12 hours per week requirement.
