  • Assess UUAM’s fundraising strengths and challenges
  • Survey the landscape or "ecosystem" in which UUAM conducts our work to identify

  • Develop a multi-year funding strategy
  • Research grants
  • Develop robust donor communications plan / Create a best practice stewardship and cultivation plan
  • Develop social media fundraising strategy
