Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, widely recognized as one of New York’s premier human services providers, is a 128-year-old settlement house that provides an extensive array of effective and integrated services which significantly improve the lives of 16,000 people in need each year on the East Side of Manhattan. We run two dynamic Senior Centers located at 343 East 70th Street and 619 Lexington Avenue that serve thousands of older adults who enjoy a full range of educational, recreational, social and health and wellness activities, as well as wonderful meals prepared by our Food Services team. This position takes place at our Senior Center at 343 East 70th Street.

We are seeking a dynamic volunteer instructor knowledgeable in Spanish to teach the language at an intermediate level to non-Spanish speaking members at our Senior Center on East 70th Street. This is a great opportunity to contribute at a vibrant community center by voluntarily helping a group of seniors who are eager to learn.
