Recruiting Organization: Rise of the Butterfly: Art Driven Activism to Build Resilience
This is an opportunity to work with a well established non-profit and also receive global exposure for your work. We will be building a new section to our website called resilience studio, where we will be featuring work by a number of A-list performers and creative activists. We have clear direction on which way we would like to take the website and are working with a branding team who has done over 200 million dollars worth of branding work for campaigns such as Levi's and Nikes "Just Do It" campaign. You will get to work with these top professionals directly. We are happy to offer letters of recommendation and create long-term relationships with those who are willing to work with us on the cutting edge. Our current website is built in Wix, however we are open to personalize coding or integrating with other platforms.
Along with your resume, if you can please share any creative examples we would appreciate that. The work is remote with extremely flexible hours.

More about our founder:
Layla Love’s journey into the world of fine art photography began at 21 when she entered the world of war photojournalism. Love studied journalism and global communications at Richmond International University in London where she would realize that visual imagery is the strongest tool we have to convey what life is really like for those living through crisis.
For five years her sole focus would be on documenting the plight of women in war-torn regions of the world. The experiences she had and the women she connected with during this time have shaped the way she views femininity, humanity, and life.
Her artwork is layered in meaning, but always with the core assertion that the true beauty of art is the potential to communicate in a way words cannot. Through her art, she seeks to illuminate our human consciousness.
Her project Rise Of The Butterfly collects Art-driven funding to raise awareness for those recovering from human trafficking. "Rise Of The Butterfly brings us art and purpose. What could be better than that?", says Gloria Steinem, feminist activist, and author.
Love’s fine art photography captures life as a series of adventures and expeditions into the unknown, returning always with a greater sense of what it means to be human. Love envisions a world where art changes people, and people change the world.
Kanye West, music artist and fashion designer once said "She creates art that makes you feel sane in an insane world."
Her work has wide recognition within the industry. Art collectors should view her work not simply as something that moves them, but as a reliable investment as well.
Accolades for Love’s war photography include a photographic selection added to the White House’s permanent art collection in 2008. Her artwork has been exhibited at Paris Photo and Art Basel. Love’s artwork is part of the MoMa-sponsored AiPAD Photography Show in New York, which is the longest-running and foremost exhibition of fine art photography.
Corporate art collectors have invested heavily in Love’s fine art photography. Tiffany & Co. commissioned Love to create over 40 unique works inspired by her work titled, "The Fullest Bloom" for their Diamond Showrooms worldwide, forever iconizing Love’s work as part of the Tiffany & Co. brand’s lifestyle.
Love’s photography has been exhibited in over 100 photographic exhibitions alongside world-renowned artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Robert Mapplethorpe, Pablo Picasso, Henri Cartier-Bresson, and Kara Walker.
Owning her work would elevate any art collector’s portfolio
