Do you have a therapy animal? Do you like to help bring comfort to others? Do you have just one hour a week you can spare?

Bristol Hospice is seeking pet therapy volunteers to provide support to our Hospice patients. We would love to have any type of pet therapy animals. Cats/Dogs etc. are all welcome.

We are seeking volunteers all over NOCO area, we provide extensive training for hospice volunteering and great support throughout your volunteering time.

We can work around YOUR schedule and provide patients in YOUR area.

Description

Bristol Hospice provides compassionate competent care to patients enrolled with us for comfort care at the end of life. Our team of doctors, nurses, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers strive to meet the needs of our patients in a wholistic way. We collaborate to enhance our patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our service area includes the Denver metro area, from Castle Rock to Longmont. We visit our patients in their homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
