Save lives and prevent injuries by providing free education to community members with volunteering with the American Red Cross!

Community Preparedness Education Program (CPEP) Member

Responsibilities: - Implement preparedness programs - Hands-Only CPR, Ready Rating or Be Red Cross Ready - Participation in meetings, projects, and local preparedness activities. - Complete tasks such as implementing preparedness activities, meeting with partners to build relationships, conducting inventory, and procuring or receiving necessary preparedness supplies. Qualifications: - Ability to relate effectively with diverse groups and individuals - Excellent interpersonal, and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and review program guidelines and tools - Experience or comfort public speaking Time Commitment: Varies, does not exceed 10 hours per week.
