Description
This volunteer position provides phone outreach to older adults concerning COVID vaccines and boosters. Through Vaccine Outreach, volunteers assist older adults with vaccine scheduling and arranging transportation for COVID vaccine appointments.
Volunteer Duties:
- Make calls to older adults
- Provide information regarding vaccines and boosters, appointments, and transportation
- Record keeping
- Follow communication plan
- Be courteous and respectful to the caller
- Immediately report any concerns to the NHN staff
Hours:
- Flexible shifts anytime Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm or Friday 8am - 3pm

- FSR South Office: 1625 Highway 14 E, Rochester, MN 55904
Qualifications:
- 16 years or older
- Phone communication experience preferred

From that small start-up offering counseling and homemaker services, the agency has grown to provide more than 30 programs to meet ever-changing community needs. Volunteers are vital to excellent service delivery to those individuals and families we work with.
