Please help us UNPACK!
Read Better Be Better has moved to a new office! This is super exciting, but we've got a lot of boxes to open and organize (e.g., thousands of books that we use in our reading curriculum). It is a lot of for our little office team, so we could use all the hands-on help available. Any assistance would be so appreciated.
These in-person volunteers would help under the direction of our Administrative Assistant (in charge of inventory).

Our Core Program:
Read Better Be Better is a Tier 4 evidence-based after-school literacy program designed to be highly effective. Twice a week, RBBB Program Coaches run programming at partner schools, helping students master reading comprehension in three ways: improving concentration, encouraging an active enjoyment of reading, and helping develop a deeper understanding of what is being read. We support basic classroom instruction with additional comprehension strategies to improve proficiency and positively impact future academic success.

How to Volunteer
Contact: Once you connect with, our HR & Recruiting Coordinator will reach out via e-mail and/or phone to learn about your interest and availability and to answer any questions you may have.
Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Volunteer opportunities at our offices are available during our regular office hours. Pre-scheduling would be required, so we know you’re coming in.
Office Location: 4730 W Campbell Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85031. Parking is available.

Description
Read Better Be Better is an education nonprofit organization focused on solving Arizona's literacy crisis. We work with partnering schools throughout the state to connect young readers and youth leaders to inspire a love of literacy and learning. Since 2014, we have served thousands of Arizona students through our reading programs in over 60 schools across Maricopa County and multiple community-based organizations across throughout Arizona. Each school semester, we have expanded to serve even more kids, schools, and families. We are a mission-driven, collaborative community, and we welcome and are grateful to those seeking an opportunity to get involved.
