First Integrated Community Cares Services (F.I.C.C.S) is a nonprofit organization that provide Free Medical and Behavioral support such as Mental Health, Substance Use, and Harm Reduction Services. The Fundraiser Coordinator will assist with all aspects of donations and fundraising so that we have funds to fulfill our mission and purpose.

  • Must have good communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
  • Be able to identify potential donors and develop a communication strategy for donors.
  • Create a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors.
  • Strategize and execute fundraising campaigns or events that will lead to solicited donations for the organization.
  • Maintain records of donor information for historical data and future use.
  • Debrief and evaluate the success of fundraising events.
  • Train volunteers in fundraising procedures and practices.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • AT minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Willing to receive training and is teachable.
  • Some knowledge about fundraising
  • Ability to commit to volunteering for at least one year with the organization.
  • Ability to commit to volunteering at least 20-40 hours a month.
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable, and have a commitment to fulfilling obligations.
  • Passionate about our mission and vision.

FICCS promotes mental health and preventing mental illness through advocacy, education, research and services. FICSS works every day to protect the rights and dignity of LGBTQ individuals with lived experience and ensure that peers and their voices are integrated into all areas of the organization.
