Repurpose is a grant making nonprofit that donates 100% of net proceeds from resale luxury items to organizations that support the health and wellbeing of women and families. In addition to supporting select organizations, our operations empower women from under resourced backgrounds through mentorship and workforce opportunities. We are looking for team players, with the ability to multitask and build customer relationships to grow our style for good community. We are looking for someone outgoing with good communication skills and a passion for giving back. This role provides volunteers with the unique opportunity to provide mentorship to our workforce of first generation college students, graduates, and clients of Win. You will also get a chance to learn from our network of stylists, entrepreneurs, and more. Roles and Responsibilities: - Educate shoppers on the story and mission of Repurpose - Develop customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques - Determine customer needs and makes proper suggestions - Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience - Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and the sales floor is maintained
