QUICK OVERVIEW

Want to volunteer and help out our amazing Food Services team with food prep, service, and clean-up? Our team needs you! This volunteer shift is an integral part of maintaining an efficient and successful kitchen and meal program, so please consider volunteering to help!

MISSION

Union Station Homeless Services' mission is to help individuals and families rebuild their lives and end homelessness

VOLUNTEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve meals to those in need.

Help set up and clean up the kitchen space.

REQUIREMENTS

All volunteers must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19

Volunteers must be at least 13 years old to volunteer with a chaperone and 16 years old to volunteer without one

All volunteers must attend our online volunteer orientation prior to volunteering in our kitchen

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

These kitchen service shifts take place at our Family Center Monday through Friday from 6:00 am - 8:00 am.

Description

We need volunteers to help support our kitchen staff with cooking, serving, and cleaning. Volunteers are integral to providing much needed donation items to our clients.
