Recruiting Organization: Take Trips MES (mentally, emotionally and spiritually)

Incarcerated youth of color can no longer be released just to go back into the system. This only serves to increase the recidivism rate. Take Trips Mentally, Emotionally, & Spiritually (TTMES) is here to remove the barriers that prevent this population from seeking positive outcomes.

The technical engineer would have oversight over all things related to the variety of platforms and tools used by TTMES. This includes design, organization, and analysis with regards to ensuring these platforms are serving the needs of the organization. Collecting and sharing data regarding non-profit organizations, and how the data will benefit TTMES, helping to research technology problems and find resolutions. This person lends themselves to be a strong team player and requires constant communication with multiple teammates as you are the point of contact when technical issues arise. Leadership skills also come into play as there may be training opportunities when introducing or updating technologies. Lastly, they must have a passion for our cause and making a difference for the community we serve.
