Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

• Report to Norm Therapy(r) Management for all needs of the Norm Therapy(r) program.
• Perform portraying the character of a victim/survivor of abuse participating in Norm Therapy(r).
• Provides input on the visual and production requirements for consideration.
• Attend all department and company meetings and provide feedback on the program.
• Other tasks as required.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Must be available to volunteer 10+ hours a week
• Must complete training to be a Norm Therapy(r) Intake Specialist.
• Presents self in a professional and mature manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Listening
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exhibit broad ranges of emotions on cue
• Present a high level of work ethic.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Experience in counseling psychology is a plus but not required.
