Please visit the new page to apply.
We need a caring individual to touch base with our hospice patients and families each Thursday afternoon. You will have the opportunity to be a source of support to them through a simple phone call, following an outline of topics that will be provided to make sure they have everything they need for the weekend. Prior to your first call, you will receive orientation about the needs of hospice patients and how to help.
