Description
At Intrepid USA, we are proud to approach in-home care a little differently than most. One example of this is our Inverted Organizational Chart and Servant-Based Leadership Model. Our CEO & Leadership Team are at the bottom of the organizational chart to support our team members who provide direct patient care. We empower our Patient Care Teams to be leaders at Intrepid USA. This allows them to provide the level of care our patients and families deserve.
