If you're someone who's very organized and you enjoy helping other people who don't share that gift, then we're specifically looking for you.
United Humans Foundation is a non-profit society developing a new model of collective decision-making that aims to arrive at the optimal solution to every problem, producing the maximum benefit while doing the least possible harm.
We believe that a society which prioritizes LOVE, FAIRNESS and SCIENCE will lead to better outcomes for everybody than our current society that prioritizes money.
This is obviously a very ambitious unertaking and will require a lot of dedicated people if it's to have any chance of succeeding. To coordinate all those people and their efforts will take a great deal of pragmatic management.
This role will involve managing calendars and meetings, taking and distributing notes, and ensuring the organization's financial and bureaucratic obligations are met.

Description
United Humans was founded in January 2022 with the ambitious goal of bringing about global systemic change. To try the one thing that might solve all of humanity's problems at the same time-a complete redesign of our social, economic and political institutions.
As humanity confronts a war, a pandemic, a climate crisis, catastrophic biodiversity loss, massive inequality, ongoing systemic injustice and a resurgence of overt bigotry, it's impossible to pretend that the status quo is inclusive, equitable or sustainable. Every one of these crises is either caused or made worse by an underlying information crisis. Propaganda, biased media, manipulative algorithms and conspiracy theories are all part of the ecosystem of misinformation.
United Humans has a plan to address all of this that involves:
- building a diverse grassroots community of reasonable people who agree that love, fairness and science should drive collective decision-making, independently of ideology or political partisanship
- educating and inspiring a broad global audience with the organization's goals, plans and activities, through a variety of media and on a multitude of platforms
- designing and iteratively refining the implementation of Optimalism, using scientific analysis and simulations to optimize for the best possible outcomes

- Must be at least 18
- We're looking for a volunteer who can commit 5-10 hours per week, initially. This may develop into a paid position, if growth and fundraising targets are met.
- Any experience with budgeting, accounting and grant writing is a HUGE plus for this role.
