Use your skills to be a friend to a terminally ill patient and their caregivers. Volunteers also sit with a patient to provide relief to a caregiver, run errands for a patient or family member. Also you can help those grieving or pray with a patient, read, sing or offer other services to assist with emotional or spiritual support

Hospice is a special form of care that is designed to provide comfort and support for those who are facing a life-limiting illness. It is a compassionate form of caring that promotes dignity and affirms quality fo life for the patient, family members and their loved-ones.
