Help with ongoing fence repairs at the park! Tasks may include carrying fencing materials to work sites, digging holes, honing fence to smooth posts before installation, and constructing fence using wire and staples. We will also trim overgrown areas with clippers and rake leaves from the trail to prevent buildup of vegetation along the fencing that creates moisture and decays the wood. If needed, volunteers will also pick up trash. This project helps keep park trails safe and visitor ready. Ages 8 and older are welcome (minors must be accompanied by an adult and bring a waiver signed by their guardian). Free tent camping is provided on Friday and Saturday nights for registered volunteers.

Registration is required. Please sign up at https://volunteer.calparks.org/ or email us at volunteer@calparks.org to ensure you receive important workday details ( such as where to meet in the park).
