We are looking for a savvy, artistic visioned, sponsorship sales person who can partner Avante Garde with companies that align with our values and goals.

This person should feel comfortable and have experience with:

  • Find, pitch, sell and secure sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop, refine and maintain a pipeline of Fortune 500 client relationships
  • Research prospects and industries
  • Develop prospect list with Executive Director
  • Generate and arrange meetings with brands though networking, cold calling and other methods of canvassing
  • Develop detailed sponsorship decks with activation ideas and concepts for brands
  • Lead internal teams in preparation for meetings
  • Pitch sponsorship and marketing partnerships
  • Manage accounts through Wix
  • Collaborate with internal departments to discover opportunities and advise how to maximize relationships
  • sales and success in meeting sales goals
  • Serve as on-site contact for shows during events
  • Google Suite
  • Additional responsibilities will include cold calling, conducting research, developing presentations
  • PASSION, borderline obsession for art & live events
  • Charisma! A natural ability to sell, negotiate and build strong relationships - both externally with clients and internally within the organization
Prior sponsorship sales experience preferred

We have three main goals for the FY22/23 of Brand Awareness, Showcase quarterly, and Connection.
We are needing help with administrative work including grant research and writing, sponsorship outreach, Social Media, & Marketing.
We have most of our audience on Instagram and have reached 100 new followers every month since Avante Garde was founded in August 2021.
We have been able to connect with 30 local artists through our Undefined Exhibiting showcase that will run quarterly.

  • Orientation or Training
  • We are looking to have a self starter that can meet biweekly to discuss updates & challenges with the Executive Director. We would like for this person to attend events but will work remote through Zoom
  • Must reside in Colorado in the denver metro areas. Must own laptop and have access to internet. This person will need to create a Wix, Google email, & Slack.
