We are so excited to be hosting our annual Block Party this year! This year's Block Party serves as our welcome back to the community. We will be sharing resources and celebrating the community! There will be food, music, & many activities for the community to take part in and we will need assistance! Please come out and volunteer and see what the Brownsville Neighborhood Health Action Center is all about!

The Brownsville Neighborhood Health Action Center hosts a variety of programs and activities focused on the health and wellness of Brownsville residents. Our clinical partners also offer primary care services. The Action Center is part of the City's effort to promote health equity and reduce health disparities in the neighborhood.
