The Ivan Lendl Adaptive Sports Camp is a one-week summer day camp for youths living with physical disabilities. Campers must be between the ages of 5 and 19 and living with a physical disability that primarily impacts mobility, but still allows for functional use of upper extremities/ability to grasp an object.
Our coaches and volunteers teach sports, life and leadership skills while promoting confidence and independence. Camp is not all about sports. Children will also interact with others with similar abilities and create friendships that last a lifetime. Children and instructors empower each other to work harder and dream bigger about sports and beyond.
Camp activities may include: boccia, tennis, track and field, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair soccer, yoga and more!
Volunteers with an interest in sports bring great value to the camp! Be a buddy to a camper, help the coaches, and share your skills.
Preference to applicants who can volunteer the entire week - July 28th to august 1st, 2025
