At YWCA, we are starting our Holiday Bundles of Joy drive! Our Bundles of Joy include essentials and other gifts that bring joy to our seniors. Would you consider hosting a donation drive for our homebound friends?
YWCA programs and services support our community’s most vulnerable populations. Our More Than A Meal, in particular, empower and dignify older adults in Glendale through much more than a meal. Many of our home-bound seniors are isolated and have no family support or support system. Our programs provide a lifeline allowing our seniors to age in place. Last year we were able to give every single older adult in our programs a gift!
The goal is to have all items back to the YWCA Glendale Center by Friday, December 8 th.

To help understand and actively combat racism and sexism, our equity program’s offer learning sessions and workshops. Our prosperity programs, empower women to take control of their financial independence through free virtual financial education classes. Supporting seniors independence and the dignity of aging in place, we home deliver meals to seniors in the Glendale area and provide a senior community center.
