Caregiver Relief Volunteers Needed

ORGANIZATION: Guiding Light Hospice

  • 3 people are interested

Caring for a loved one is not an easy job; it requires around the clock commitment 7 days a week and can become overwhelming. If you would like to become a caregiver relief volunteer for a family member or caregiver who is in need of a break and some "me" time or requires support so they may attend their own appointments, shopping, or other errands outside of the home, please reach out to me for more information on how to get started. You are always in control of the day/time you are available to assist, and you make up your own volunteering schedule. You will be paired with someone as close to your zip code as possible and will be able to provide your hospice caregiver the support they need to continue their commitment to caring for their loved one. Please call Tammy Webb, Volunteer Coordinator at 210.585.2335 or email me at vc@guidinghospice.com for more information on how to get started.
