Description
The Donor Concierge is an unpaid virtual volunteer position. The Donor Concierge provides support to Roots for Life’s individual fundraising initiatives. The Donor Concierge will focus on building relationships and will develop an implement Roots for Life’s donor stewardship activities.
Specific duties will include:
- Develop a signature monthly giving donation program
- Develop an annual donor communication plan
- Develop content for donor newsletters
- Help build relationships that increase resources and public awareness of Roots for Life
- Track donor relations and stewardship activities
Skills & Personal Traits
- Passionate about food insecurity and like to nurture relationships
- Strong writing and editing skills, with keen attention to detail
- 2 years of fundraising experience
- Works well independently and proactively as part of a team, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of non-profit culture is preferred.
