About Cancer Support Community

Location:

4918 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242, US

Mission Statement

The mission of Cancer Support Community is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community.

Description

For over 30 years, Cancer Support Community Greater Cincinnati - Northern Kentucky (CSC) (formally known as The Wellness Community (TWC) has offered a varied menu of personalized services and education for all people affected by cancer. By helping to complete the cancer care plan, CSC optimizes patient care by providing essential, but often overlooked, services including support groups, education, social opportunities and healthy lifestyle programs.

Each month CSC Greater Cincinnati - Northern Kentucky offers approximately 250 FREE programs in a comfortable, home-like environment at The Lynn Stern Center in Blue Ash, a suburb of Cincinnati, and a Northern Kentucky facility in Ft. Wright, as well as partner locations across the Greater Cincinnati area.

We are a nonprofit organization that does what we do through the generosity of donors, civic groups, business contributions and grants. We rely heavily on volunteers to assist us in day to day activities to ensure we continue to meet our mission.

Join our Community! Each one of us plays a part in ensuring that no one has to face cancer alone.
