Greetings! Our organization is in need of a volunteer Double Dutch Instructor Assistant. Many have been negatively affected by COVID via weight gain and the benefit of working home remotely is taking a toll on people's health. This is an initiative that will lead to fun aerobics classes for adults, and school programming for youth.
Volunteer will assist the Lead Instructor in teaching people how to jump Double Dutch.
Volunteer must:
1. Be open to doing public demos (in N.Y. & N.J.) and sociable
2. Have evening availability and one weekend day available
3. Driver preferred but not mandatory
4. Fit with no previous history of surgeries or injuries
5. Basic knowledge of how to turn and/or jump Double-Dutch
6. Have a love for jumping rope / Double-Dutch!
