The TRU Thrift Shop has an abundance of donated electronics that run on batteries or household current that need to be tested. You can choose which donations you are comfortable testing.

If you love to tinker, this is the perfect volunteer opportunity for you!

TRU Thrift is open Tuesdays - Saturdays from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm. Flexible time commitment is approximately 4 hours per week.

TRU Thrift profits support TRU Community Care's mission to affirm life at every step of your journey with illness and loss. TRU programs include hospice, palliative care, PACE, memory care, and grief services.

Description

We were founded as Boulder Hospice in 1976 to provide expert medical, emotional, and spiritual care to terminally ill people and their families.

As Colorado's first hospice, we have long set the standard for care of those with advanced illness in our region. And we continue to lead the way today, with innovative programs that honor the choices, preserve the dignity and address the individual needs of the patients and families we are privileged to serve.

As a nonprofit, community effort, we provide our hospice care for everyone who needs us, regardless of ability to pay. With a focus on providing a continuum of care for members of our community living with advanced illness and loss, TRU’s programs include TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, Landmark Memory Care, and TRU Grief Services.
