Seeking a Big Brother for Philip, a sweet, kind and loving 13-year-old boy of color located in the Hopkinton/Medway area. Philip is an extrovert who engages in conversation easily and enjoys being physically active, playing sports (especially basketball), cooking and photography. Philip would like to have a positive male role model in his life and is hoping for an athletic, sports loving, energetic, and easy-going Big Brother between the ages of 25-39 years old. Although his family would prefer a vaccinated Big Brother of color, they are open to any race or ethnicity of the Big if they are a good fit for Philip.
The best volunteer will be a man between the ages of 21-39 from any religion, ethnicity or background, who would enjoy hanging out and doing activities with a great kid. Matches meet twice a month for a couple of hours, mostly on the weekends, and make a year commitment. Match support is provided by Clinical Match Specialists. Apply here. Visit our website at www.jbbbs.org. For questions, please email Tania@jbbbs.org.
