Write a Book Foundation provides services to independent authors across the world. We're seeking a Vendor & Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of vendor vetting engagements, contract negotiations, Contract Status, Terminations, Vendor Escalation, Risk Mitigations, Vendor Issues, etc.
This position will start as a volunteer and transition to a paid position after 3 months.
Qualifications * Excellent planning skills are essential * Good analytical and problem-solving skills are required with attention to detail * Sound organizational skills and the ability to recognize and change work priorities in a timely fashion * Good interpersonal skills and communication skills * Comfort level in delegating/assigning project tasks to team members * Must possess the spirit of collaboration with other team members and staff * Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects and deadlines amongst business unit(s) * Flexible work schedule to support project implementations * Must have general computer skills using the Windows environment

Write-A-Book Foundation believes that expressive writing skill is a viable tool for people struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. To that end, we will remove barriers to book writing to enable personal and spiritual development and living a purposeful life.
We are advocates of using writing as a therapeutic, personal development, and self-empathy tool. We offer writing support and coaching through our free workshops. Our workshops have served people worldwide.
