The International Economic Justice League is seeking dynamic, outgoing, and passionate individuals for the role of Executive Assistant. The position involves general office management and sometimes must support the Chief and other times the Executive Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Fielding telephone calls, data entry, filing, and organization of inbound/outbound mail.

* Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

* Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
May perform special assignments such as researching information and compiling reports.

* This position reports directly to the CEO.

* Maintain multiple calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings.

* Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond and/or coordinate issues when necessary.

* Maintain, and update distribution and contact lists.

* Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.

* Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes during meetings. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

* Run errands as requested.

The International Economic Justice League, Inc. (IEJL), a California, 501(c3)non-profit corporation, was founded in 2016 with a mission to abate corruption.

IEJL's mission is to develop a corruption-free system of commerce through education, mentorship, and capital acquisition, in countries desiring economic justice for their citizens.

We want to create a culture of ethical commerce among young leaders which will sustain and flourish as they grow into policy and transaction creating positions, thereby eliminating the incidence of all forms of corruption (abuse of power) in business across all industries.

The International Economic Justice League is a team of passionate and educated individuals that desire to assist nations to develop business practices that will free them from the captivity of a disadvantaged economic system. We are aware that the only constant in life is, change. We seek to disciple difference makers who are eager to birth a brighter future for generations to come.
