Volunteer experiences include:
- Cleaning animal areas and facility
- Communicating our mission to the public
- Dog walking, feeding and handling
- Bathing dogs
- Interacting with the public and introducing our dogs at adoption events
Volunteer Guidelines:
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Must be able to commit to 4hrs minimum per month
- Make a $25 donation to cover cost of t-shirt, training and volunteer scheduling software

Mission Statement
Angel’s Retreat exists to help homeless dogs find homes and provide hospice care for senior and special needs dogs.
Description
Angel’s Retreat is a small non-profit rescue organization which helps dogs of all ages and breeds including senior and special needs dogs requiring special care.
Dogs come from puppy mills, city and rural shelters as well as owner surrenders.
All the dogs are cared for in a home setting, where they roam free in a backyard and live in a compassionate environment.
