Recruiting Organization: TRANSFORMATION FOR THE MARGINALIZED UGANDA

T&M is accepting individuals applications for volunteers and internees who are interested to work with local women in areas of capacity building for rural sex workers to gain meaning full employment and psychological support .

T&M offer opportunity for internees to learn hands on skills through problem salving and capacity building

The marginalized women In Uganda deserve to be empower with good skills to start up economic projects with the support of volunteers and inteernees

We work with communities which are open to new ideals during this post covid but we are calling upon volunteers to empower women into tree planting projects. most of the marginalized women live on ancestral land without permanent own-ship but with a right.

Uganda is the Perl of Africa with good people and and lovely environment where health is still challenge to the marginalized people in rural setting.its from this background that stm would request individual with skills ,to train, mentor to apply and experience hands on practical experience

The activities will include but not limited

Construction,Training , Mobilizing, Agriculture trainings, Capacity Building.

All these activities need the support of volunteers and internees to be worked on

STM Uganda is inviting all interested people to join us in kamuli and wakiso.

The organization offer free training in local language. Culture exchanges ,and always good weekend programs designed by internees and organization
