We Help the Missing is a domestic 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. We are comprised of a team of private investigators and citizens who selflessly dedicate themselves to investigating, locating, advocating, and raising awareness of missing persons, including indigenous people, to identify unidentified decedents and recover human trafficking victims. It makes no difference the age of the loved one or how long they have been missing. We strive to offer support to the families who are going through this difficult time.

This position. Family Support Advocate is a very important position. It would involve following up with our family member contact person. It involves being able to listen, be compassionate, and supportive. Any information that is pertinent to the investigation that is gathered from the family contact would be reported to the investigators. You would contact the family contact every 3 months to see how they are doing, make sure they know they are not forgotten, and see if there are updates. This does require quite a bit of time.
Our main platform for communicating and dealing with each case is Facebook/Messenger so you will be required to work through that platform. This allows us to work case by case nationwide with our various teams. We will not post to your page. You will be added to group chats. Once for each case.

Description
We Help The Missing, Inc. offers families of missing person Family Support, Awareness through media and social media, provide and distribute posters, enlist the services of Private Investigators and Search and Rescue if needed. We Help The Missing collaborates with Law Enforcement and make sure the missing person is listed with the appropriate organizations and agencies. We plan to implement after-care services in the future.
