Crisis Center North provides free and confidential services to victims of domestic violence. Our hotline is run by trained staff and volunteers 24/7, even on holidays. Our text chat line is run daily 9am - 9pm. We provide hotline volunteers with ample training to prepare them to support and assist survivors seeking information, safety, and empowerment. Hotline shifts can be flexible but are typically 2 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, 9 hours, or 11 hours long. Hotline calls come directly to the volunteer's cell phone, and texts/chats come directly to the volunteer's laptop from the comfort of their own home.
