We love nurses or retired nurses, medical students, high school students, hospital workers, and moms who are looking for ways to help the needy.
Osto Group specializes in ostomy supplies https://youtu.be/SK7oRLGTGJI that are donated to our non-profit organization. These are redistributed to those in need right here in the USA. Our volunteers help sort and repack. We train you. We have a diverse group of volunteers and welcome all ages and backgrounds. Just come with a smile and leave the rest to us!
Last year we hosted several students during the summer who needed their hours for their school community service. We are very accommodating to older as well as younger, skilled or non-skilled people. If you do have a background in ostomy surgery, a loved one who has had ostomy surgery or a medical career that involves knowledge of ostomies you will find our work very easy and rewarding. But come one, come all. We love and NEED our volunteers. We are a charitable organization so you would be helping us help others right here in the USA.

Mission Statement
Osto Group is small in size but has one of the largest donated inventories of ostomy supplies in the USA. We receive donated ostomy supplies, inspect, sort and redistribute them to the uninsured locally in Palm Beach County and across the USA. It is our mission to be sure that no uninsured ostomate has to deal with the stress of not being able to afford their ostomy supplies. Osto Group takes care and attention with each person who comes to us for help. Our volunteers are vital for this process to continue.
Description
Osto Group has been assisting those who have had ostomy surgery with quality supplies for the cost of shipping and handling for the past 16 plus years. IWe began as a small grassroots organization founded by 3 local women in Palm Beach County. We have grown over the years to a thriving non-profit who helps thousands of people all across the country.
We are completely 100% volunteer driven. Nobody draws a salary. We depend on our local volunteers to help us in the receiving, sorting, managing and redistribution of these supplies to qualified individuals. Our volunteers can enjoy a sense of accomplishment along with us especially if they have an ostomy or know someone who does. But that is not a criteria for assisting us. From nurses, to students, to stay-at-home moms, to retired folks, all can be trained to do what we do. Of course, we always appreciate an occasional man's man who wants to help us with whatever heavy lifting we might have. But for the most part our work involves sitting, standing, sorting and having fun with your fellow volunteers.

- We ask for 2 hours or more of your time any day you choose to come and volunteer. You stay longer and come one day or all 4 days. WE ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS.
