ORGANIZATION: WORKING FOR PARENTS

Working for Parents is looking for an Operations & Program Assistant to support our business
and program operations. In this position, you will be in charge of supporting our programs’ tech
& communications needs and our virtual office operations. You will report directly to the
Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

Business Operations
● Oversee the WFP info@ inbox, check website contact leads, and program registration sign up
forms and relay important information to the DO
● Respond to emails, phone calls, and requests in a timely manner
● Follow-up on scheduled meetings
● Manage WFP Volunteer Job postings
● Maintain the WFP events calendar

Program Operations
Assist with program managers' workshop sessions- tech support, sending out zoom links, and
communications to program participants
● Resolve any specific problems regarding program sessions
● Assist with the collection of data and generating reports and questionnaires
● Additional projects and business operation duties


Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with using G Suite: calendar, drive, google forms,
spreadsheets, Zoom, and Slack. Project management and communication skills.

Requirements
● Comfortable with learning and using tech.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
● Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
● Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

This is solely a volunteer opportunity. As the organization grows there will be an opportunity
for the Operations & Program Assistant to receive compensation.
