Post COVID, nonprofits are facing special challenges--What should our mission be? How should we deliver our services? What should we be doing long-term? Do we need to pivot and change? How can we make a significant dent in the problems our community is facing? If you are strategic and want to share your expertise with others, OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence is the place to volunteer.

When you volunteer with us, you get to work with nonprofits who are eager for our assistance in developing solutions to identified nonprofit capacity building issues.Our strategic planning projects may involve visioning, risk assessments, appreciative inquiry, SWOT, organizational assessments, stakeholder interviews, bench-marking, and more. We provide top-rate complimentary training on best practices to the volunteers who become part of our volunteer consultant team.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and backgrounds have a minimum of 10 years' leadership/management experience, are passionate about community transformation, and enjoy being part of diverse teams. We work with nonprofits small and large.
