Pet Therapy Visits with Assisted Living or Skilled Care residents.
Vaccination and Mask Guidelines: All volunteers if vaccinated must present proof of vaccination with their application. Surgical/face covering must be worn when on campus in regulated areas, unless non-vaccinated. Non-vaccinated volunteers must wear at all times an N95 when they are on campus. Community will provide one N95 mask. Screening of temp and filling out screening form upon entering building is required for all volunteers. Mask requirements subject to change with increased or decreased incidence of COVID in the facility or the surrounding community.

- 1-1.5 hours per week or 3 hours per month.
- Pet must be certified as therapy animal and all vaccinations up to date. We will need a copy of their vaccination records. They will need to be gentle and calm with residents.
