Description

As a new organization Community Connect Services, Inc. will concentrate on the following organization-wide strategies to build a solid structural foundation to ensure that we create a sustainable nonprofit and successful programs.

· Continue to build on key foundational elements of CCS.

· Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase public awareness of Community Connect Services, Inc., and its programs.

· Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to increase the CCS budget and to add more programs and resources for participants.

· Standardize all organization and program processes and procedures.

· Develop internal and external infrastructure in the areas of facilities, administration, communications, leadership, staff development, and culture to ensure the successful future growth of Community Connect Services, Inc.
