Ongoing outdoor activitiy Saturday mornings in Roscoe.
Unload CLEAN recyclables from vehicles and place into the proper recycling bins.
Shifts are 2 hours, up to 5 volunteers per shift. Must be at least 14 years of age. Dress weather appropriate! We provide the gloves and safety vests, you provide the smiles and positive attitudes! What a GREAT way to help the community Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful!
First shift: 8:30 - 10:30 Second shift: 10:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Or you may volunteer all morning, from 8:30a.m.-12:15p.m.
Please indicate your preference(s) of date and shift(s).
Most volunteers repeat service every month or two. Great high school/college or court-ordered community service.

Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful (KNIB) is a private, non-governmental nonprofit organization with a mission to improve our environment through education, public awareness and community involvement. We assist the community each week by providing a place for them to bring their CLEAN recyclables.
Description
Founded in 1988, Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful is a regional affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, serving the residents of northern Illinois through litter abatement, increasing local recycling opportunities, reducing landfill use and protecting billions of gallons of groundwater from contamination.
Volunteers sustain and enhance all Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful programs.
