Come Volunteer With The Mighty Mentors To Raise Funds For Our Hands-On Homestead!
Hi! We are currently fundraising to start the build of our hands-on homestead on our 10 acre lot! This homestead will be an outlet for children of all ages to come, have fun, learn about team work, life skills, animals and the importance of self sufficiency while promoting healthy eating habits!
Food produced on the farm will go towards families in need!
We need all energetic individuals , people who have the love for nature or just people who just love to help, come out to fundraise with us!
We are currently doing fundraising at Six Flags Over Texas. We need energetic individuals to help run and maintain our concessions stands with us!
ALL Volunteers receive 1 admission ticket and 1 food voucher per day volunteered.
Volunteer Teams are eligible to donate a percentage of raised proceeds to a cause of THEIR choice! We love to partner with individuals and group of all sizes. Open to partnerships with companies of ALL sizes!
Essential Volunteer Duties:
- Work in a fast paced and exciting environment.
- Ensure that quality assurance standards are met on a daily basis for our guests
- Follow proper food preparation and handling procedures
- Positively interact will all guests and provide exceptional guest service
- Continually monitor, correct as necessary, the cleanliness within all work stations
- Ensure that safety and security awareness is practiced on a daily basis
- Present a positive attitude and atmosphere at assigned location at all times
- Follow correct cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies
- Assist in creating a teamwork environment on a daily basis
- Two 30 minute breaks will be given. Lunch will be provided!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.

Description
Mighty Mentors is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that was established in 2020 in Inkster, Michigan. Throughout these past years we’ve helped a variety of youth who have had needs for mentoring, skill building, covering registration fees for sports, as well low-income households who had the need for meals & hygiene kits. Currently, we have over 50 volunteers located in Michigan, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. These volunteers help support the cause by promoting our mission as well as helping with fundraising events. We are looking forward to the continuous growth as an organization and helping more families in need.
