Description
Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement Inc, (HCCI) was formed in 1986 to redevelop blighted buildings in Harlem. HCCI redeveloped blighted buildings now house low, very low and moderate income individuals. HCCI' commitment to the holistic approach of redevelopment and development of affordable housing, resulted in the provision of fulltime social services for youths aged out of foster care, women who were rendered homeless due to domestic violence
